Is Erica easy to grow?

Cover it in winter with mulch to protect from very cold temperatures. Any pruning should be done immediately after flowering. Winter Heath is a good choice for slopes and rock gardens. In early spring, cut back dead or weak stems to the ground. Prune any crowded branches to enhance light and air circulation. Refrain from pruning in late fall to protect the plant from winter damage.
