BBC show Gardeners’ World has been axed from BBC Two as the channel mixes up its schedule. Gardeners’ World provides viewers with gardening tips, tricks and advice as the presenters host the show from across the UK. Gardener and broadcaster, Monty Don has confirmed to be the host of Gardeners’ World until the end of 2026. Speaking to RadioTimes magazine, Monty Don has confirmed that he will continue to host BBC Gardeners’ World for another two years (from January 2025).MONTY Don has admitted to ‘faking’ moments on his hit BBC show Gardeners’ World – as he revealed behind-the-scenes filming secrets. The horticulturist and broadcaster, 69, made his debut on the long-running programme in 2003. Monty has outlined the creativity used to ensure certain segments feel timely and relevant.BBC Gardeners’ World Live returns to Birmingham’s NEC from 12-15 June 2025. This year’s line-up includes Monty Don, Adam Frost, Frances Tophill and Rachel de Thame, plus Sue Kent.Monty had to stop working on Gardeners’ World in 2008 after he suffered a stroke at home but didn’t see a doctor until about a month later, reports Birmingham Live. In 2009, he told the Guardian: I was so exhausted I did not know whether I was coming or going. I remember waking up feeling strange and dizzy.
