A significant majority of the assets of Sarah Raven Kitchen & Garden Ltd have been acquired by the successor companies, which will continue to operate and trade through the SarahRaven. All forward orders and vouchers will be honoured, and employees will be transferred to the new entities.

How to plant dahlia tubers Sarah Raven?
Plant the tubers just under the soil surface and ensure they are approximately 75cm (30in) apart, depending on variety. Insert a stout stick to act as a stake when planting as they can make sizeable plants when fully grown. Mulch over the top of them or protect them with a cloche or horticultural fleece. Soak the tuber in room temperature water for about an hour before planting to rehydrate. If potting on, use a medium to large container that holds the tuber and has space to grow. Do this from March to April, giving the roots plenty of time to grow before summer.
