Does Pennington Smart Patch work?
I used the Pennington smart patch mix as directed and my patches of dirt are now full of grass. I’d say within 10 days be grass started to sprout and within 15 days full growth. I couldn’t tell care spots were ever there. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to fill spots were grass isn’t. In just one week or so, depending on weather conditions and temperatures, you should start to see your first shoots, then in the next few weeks your patches will start to blend in with the rest of your lawn.
What is in Pennington Smart Patch?
This dynamic seeding mixture contains microbials with organic matter to fight and prevent lawn disease, patented American Ryegrass that is guaranteed to produce quick results, and a water-soluble tackifier that acts as a blanket for your seed, even protecting it against the rain on slopes and hills. How long does it take for the patch to go into effect?
If you put on your first patch up to 5 days after the start of your period, you are protected against pregnancy right away. If you put on your first patch more than 5 days after the start of your period, you should use condoms as backup for the first 7 days. If you start using the patch on day 1 to 5 of your period, you’ll be protected against pregnancy. If you start using it on any other day, you’ll need to use additional contraception such as condoms for the first 7 days of using the patch. Your doctor or nurse will talk about this with you.You cannot see any change in the patch, or feel it working, but it is continuously releasing the hormones estrogen and progestin into the bloodstream. You just need to ensure you change the patch each week for three weeks, and remember to start the next cycle of patches after the fourth patch free week.
