I have quite a few Peace Lilies, some in water and some in potting mix. They will last forever in water and flower as well. Peace Lilies are the drama queens of my many indoor plants and will droop as soon as they think you have forgotten about them. While peace lilies are perfectly content growing in containers, they don’t like being in pots much larger than their root balls. They are actually quite happy to be a bit crowded in their pots.
