Why is my Hozelock hose reel not retracting?
Q: My auto reel does not wind back in all the time. What can I do? A: Pull out all the hose. Clean any excess debris from the outside of the hose such as sand dirt etc with a damp cloth. If the hose still does not retract fully, the Auto Reel could be faulty. Please contact consumer services by emailing support@hozelock. Please ensure you have your original proof of purchase available.Firstly ensure that you are releasing water pressure from the hose before retracting. The added water pressure may be the cause of this issue. If this does not help, pull your hose out to its full length then let it retract back in. This should re-align the hose on the drum.
