Do indoor plants actually help?
The psychological benefits of indoor plants have been shown as: an improved mood. Reduced stress levels. Increased worker productivity (adding plants to office environments in particular) during the day, plants engage in photosynthesis, producing oxygen and growing. But, as evening comes near and the sun sets, their activities slow down.
